Raipur: A prominent businessman's son had a narrow escape on Tuesday when some unidentified people shot three bullets at his BMW car at his farmhouse located at Mahadev Ghat in state capital. Businessman Gajaraj Pagaria's son Priyesh had just gotten down from the car when he was attacked. Police have recovered three bullets from spot and indicated involvement of sharp shooters in the incident.

Based on Priyesh's statement, police suspected that the family and property dispute might have triggered the attack.

The incident took place at 9am when Priyesh went to his farmhouse. The shooters missed their target and bullets hit the car's rear window.

Although the farmhouse staff ran towards the car, they could not find anyone on the spot. Police said that the shooters have used 7.56 MM pistol in the incident and such attempts are often made by hired sharp shooters. Gajaraj Pagaria is the owner of MATS University, Pagaria Complex and has been an active member in Congress since long.

Priyesh confessed that there was some dispute going on with his uncle (father's brother) and recently, they had a heated argument.
