CREDAI Maharashtra organises Mahacon-2020 to address challenges in housing sector

PUNE: The CREDAI Maharashtra has organised a two-day state level convention MAHACON-2020 on January 6 and January 7 in Mumbai to address the challenges and plan the future in the housing sector. Nearly 700 realtors working at the city and district level from 57 centres across Maharashtra are participating in the convention.

Maharashtra said, "Real estate sector is going through

challenging times

both at national and state level. In such a scenario, this convention is considered very important for planning the future solutions for housing sector. It will provide members helpful guidance on advanced construction systems, laws pertaining to real estate, tax structure, financial discipline and also focus on customer interest, business commitment and ethics."

They said that MAHACON-2020 was based on the theme 'Rising Above'. "We will have a panel discussion on the subject of Maharashtra surging ahead with young MLAs. Cabinet minister Aditya Thackarey, MLA Rohit Pawar and MLA Ruturaj Patil will participate in this panel discussion," the representatives said.
