New chair, VC for CII Pune
The Pune Zonal Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has elected Parag Satpute, the managing director of tyre firm Bridgestone India, as its new chairman for the 2022-23 period, taking over from Deepak Garg, who heads Sany India.
CII Pune also announced that Shujaul Rahman, the chief executive officer of Garware Technical Fibres, has taken over as the vice-chairman of the Pune Zonal Council.
