Pune: The Academy School (TAS), Pune, has started learning stations of the National Education Policy (NEP) and Finland education system on its premises. These stations are aimed at giving the students a hands-on experience of applied learning and helping them develop skills through play.
“Years of research have shown that children learn through play. These NEP-Finnish Learning Stations will help children develop cognitive, social, emotional, physical and critical thinking abilities through play. They will develop the key transversal competencies that will help them succeed in future learning,” said Maithili Tambe, the chief executive officer (CEO) of TAS.
Teachers will use SISU Box to enable children to develop 21st-century skills.
