Mylab starts diagnostics innovation hub

Pune: City-based biotech company Mylab Discovery Solutions on Thursday announced opening of its advanced innovation centre for diagnostics, inaugurated by Serum Institute of India (SII) chairman and managing director Cyrus S Poonawalla. Dr Poonawalla said, “Quality and advanced diagnostics are of paramount importance today, as they play a pivotal role across the healthcare continuum.” SII chief executive officer Adar Poonawalla said, “The Centre will pave the way for the development of new-generation diagnostics.” Mylab Discovery Solutions MD Hasmukh Rawal said, “The aim is to help establish India as a global powerhouse for diagnostics innovation.” TNN
