PUNE: The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has started its services on the outskirts of the city with 50 buses.
MSRTC Pune divisional controller Yamini Joshi said the buses have been started on six routes outside the Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri

Municipal Corporation limits on an experimental basis.
“The passenger response has been low and we will assess the situation for a week with 50 buses. The number of buses will be increased or decreased based on the response. The buses will travel between Hadapsar and Baramati, Wagholi and Shirur, Chakan and Alephata, Indapur andBaramati, Saswad and Kapurhol and from Rajgurunagar to Bhimashankar,” another official said.
