Pune: Realty firm
Kalpataru has announced the launch of a premium residential project in the Baner suburb of the city, with the firm planning to invest around Rs 250 crore in the venture.
Kalpataru said the project, titled Aurum, would be adjacent to another project of theirs, and would be ready for possession by the end of 2026. The project is being developed on a land parcel of 2.33 acres, with a total development of around a million square feet.
“On the one hand real estate is at the beginning of an upcycle, while on the other, interest rates have bottomed out, making this the most opportune time to acquire real estate,” said Parag Munot, managing director of Kalpataru.
Around 450 2-BHK units are planned at the site. tnn
