International Longevity Centre - India awards on November 17

PUNE: Researcher Jairaj Chintamani will be honoured with this year's Anjani Mashelkar Inclusive Innovation Award constituted by the International Longevity Centre - India (ILC-I). The organization will also give away three other awards on November 17 at the Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration.
The Late B G Deshmukh lifetime achievement award will be given to R H Belvadi while the Late B G Deshmukh award for excellence in promoting qualitative ageing will be given to Jyestha Nagarik Sangh in Mulund, Mumbai.The Dr S D Gokhale award for qualitative journalism in ageing will be given to Madhuri Tamhane. The awards will be given by D R Mehta, pioneer of Jaipur Foot and founder of Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayta Samiti. TNN
