HC admits Anand brothers appeal in Priya murder case
PUNE: The Bombay high court has admitted an appeal, filed by Vivek and Ketan Anand, sons of filmmaker late Chetan Anand, against their conviction by a sessions court for conspiring to murder former actress Priya Rajwansh.
Admitting the appeal, acting chief justice J.A. Patil and Vijaya Tahilramani posted their plea for bail on October 4.
