Film festival on health-related issues from Dec 3

The Aarogya Film Festival, to be held on December 3 and 4 at the NFAI is aimed at educating masses about health-related issues, and spreading awareness on AIDS, gender and sexuality and addiction, women’s health, abortion and disability, and so on.

PUNE: The Aarogya Film Festival, initiated by P M Shah Foundation, to be held on December 3 and 4 at the NFAI is aimed at educating masses about health-related issues, and spreading awareness on AIDS, gender and sexuality and addiction, women’s health, abortion and disability, and so on.
Titled ‘Youth & Health’, festival will showcase a selection of short films, including ‘Blood Brothers’, a film on AIDS by Vishal Bhardwaj, ‘Through Our Viewfinder” on gender & sexuality by Jasmine K Roy and Avinash Roy, ‘Tei’ on female feticide by Kailash Jadhav, and ‘Suee’ on addiction by Sai Paranjpye.
