Pune: City-based Parkar Consulting has brought in Bay-area practices to India through its focus on 'flatland' implementations.
"We have consciously stayed away from traditional corporate practices such as bell curve and promoted flatland way - where we do not have managers at all - taking a cue from the West Coast companies," said Gaurav Singh, cofounder and VP operations at Parkar Consulting.
The company, which focuses on helping small enterprises grow, has added over 150 employees and consultants across the globe, spread across six locations. It plans to open offices in Bay Area - California and Frankfurt by year-end.
