The suspect, identified as Sachin Kamble of Khadakwasla, was arrested following a complaint by Nilesh Pendharkar, owner of Thermo Touch Enterprises, Ambegaon.

It was patented on December 1, 2006 and valid for a period of 20 years, Patil stated.
In his complaint, Pendharkar said he had stored all information pertaining to the process in some 25 files. The files were kept in a cupboard in the company premises and Kamble, who worked as a supervisor in the firm, had been informed about them, the complaint said.
Some time later, the complaint added, Kamble left the job and joined a competitor as CEO. Kamble then stole information about the process at the instigation of his new employers, the plaint stated.
Subsequently, Pendharkar lodged a private complaint in a magistrate's court. As directed by the court, the Haveli police arrested Kamble. His employers are still at large, Patil said.
