BCL curtain raiser on Sunday

PUNE: Curtain raiser of the British Council Library's 'Reading Challenge' will be held on Sunday at Fergusson College Road from 11.30am to 12.30pm.The theme for this year is Mythical Maze, which challenges children aged 5 to 13 to find their way around a labyrinth that introduces them to fantastical creatures from the world of legend and mythology.
The annual programme, which promotes reading amongthe youth, has been conceptualized by The Reading Agency in collaboration with the Arts Council England and the BBC and runs in libraries and schools all over the world.Children would be presented with a certificate issued by British Council and Reading Agency, UK.
