Awfis, Nyati Grp ink leasing tie-up in Pune

Pune: Co-working spaces firm Awfis has partnered with Nyati Group to provide 1.7 lakh sq ft flexible workspace in Pune, a statement said. The offerings will include Nyati Group’s premium commercial assets, Nyati Empress and Nyati Enthral. The two projects are spread across 56,252 sq ft and 1.2 lakh sq ft and are located in Viman Nagar and Kharadi respectively.The projects are mix-used development with a mix of high-street shopping, premium retail, entertainment and fine-dining options. Nyati Empress is aJV between Nyati Group, Shroff Group and Choice Group. Currently, Awfis has 17 centers in Pune and aims to expand to 25 by end of 2023. tnn
