Three 19-year-old youths were arrested and a 17-year-old minor boy was detained for allegedly robbing three persons in two separate incidents on Thursday night.

Pune: Three 19-year-old youths were arrested and a 17-year-old minor boy was detained for allegedly robbing three persons in two separate incidents on Thursday night.
The Chatushrungi police also booked two other minors from Vadarwadi-Pandavnagar slums in this connection.
The boys allegedly robbed two persons on Senapati Bapat Road and a watchman of a popular hotel on Ganeshkhind Road, all the while roaming on the streets with sharp weapons.

The suspects allegedly robbed a bicycle and a cellphone of two workers - Deepak Kokare (21) of Karvenagar and his friend Ramchandra Jore. The duo was riding bicycle on Senapati Bapat Road when the suspects accosted them. They threatened Kokare and Jore and fled with a bicycle and a cellphone.
Kokare lodged a complaint with the Chatushrungi police, stating that the robbery occurred around 9.15pm near Ratna hospital. Earlier, the suspects allegedly went to a popular Mediterranean food hotel, where they beat up the watchman of the hotel when he resisted them. The suspects then ransacked the hotel's glass counter after issuing threats to the watchman.
The arrested suspects include Nikhil Jadhav (19) of Vadarwadi, Yogesh Aaler (19) of Pandavnagar and Santosh Magale (19) of Janwadi.
Cash, cellphone snatched
A 24-year-old man from Aurangabad was allegedly robbed by two men of cash and cellphone below an overbridge near the College of Engineering Chowk around 5.45am on Friday. The victim, Akshay Shivtare, had got off a private bus near the Sangamwadi bridge to meet his brother in Pune. On his way to the bus stand, he stopped below the bridge for a toilet break, police said. A man suddenly caught Shivtare, while another robbed him of Rs 6,000 and the phone worth Rs 8,000.
