'Water availability on decline'
The government expressed concern over the falling quantum of per capita water availability in the state.
“It is serious matter,” WRD minister Vijay Kumar Chowdhary said while replying to the cut motion moved by Raghvendra Pratap Singh (RJD) on the budgetary demand of over Rs 2,916 crore in the assembly.
