Two new parks to come up in Ara: DM

Ara: Bhojpur district magistrate (DM) Tanai Sultania on Thursday convened a high-level meeting for developing two new parks in Ara town. "The district administration plans to develop the two new parks at Dharhara and Bahiyara. The officials concerned have been asked to prepare a detailed plan and submit the exact estimate for both projects at the earliest. Apart from being functional and recreational, the parks should be aesthetically pleasing green areas," the DM said. To enhance the greenery around both parks, the forest department will plant some exotic plants on either side of the roads leading to Bahiyara and Dharhara. Besides the Bhojpur DM, the Bhojpur DDC Dr Anupama Singh, the newly appointed Ara Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Anju Kumari, and other officials were present at the meeting.
