Two convicted in kidnapping case

PATNA: Additional District and Sessions Judge-8 Ajit Kumar Sinha on Monday held two accused -- Mohd Suhail alias Raju and Mohd Irshad Khan alias Babloo -- guilty for kidnapping Anand Kumar, son of an engineer of the Indian Railway Construction Corporation (IRCON), from Pataliputra locality here in July, 2005.
Kumar was a student of St Karen’s School.The Pataliputra police station had registered an FIR regarding his kidnapping. The court will pass order regarding quantum of punishment for the two on a later date.
