PATNA: RJD chief Lalu Prasad’s elder son
Tej Pratap Yadav turned emotional for his younger brother Tejashwi on Wednesday. He tweeted a picture in which the two brothers are together and called Tejashwi dearer to him than his life. Tej also said Tejashwi is his strength and support.
Tej, who had on many occasions embarrassed his family and the party, appreciated his younger brother for taking his care in difficult times and for working for the happiness of their family members. This was just a U-turn from his earlier behaviour and statement a day before.
On Tuesday, Tej criticized Tejashwi for being surrounded by RSS people and said at an election rally in
Jehanabad
that his younger brother was not listening to him. Tej was campaigning in Jehanabad for his candidate Chandra Prakash against the official RJD nominee Surendra Yadav. He said had his father been out of jail, he would have been with him.
On April 1, Tej floated Lalu-Rabri Morcha (LRM) saying the motive was to accommodate loyal RJD workers who were sidelined in the party. The same day, he had also announced his two candidates against RJD nominees from Jehanabad and Sheohar. However, in the banner of LRM, Tej made sure his father, mother, younger brother and elder sister Misa Bharti are accommodated.
