'Specify names of banks to retiring staff'
PATNA: A division bench of the Patna High Court, comprising the Chief Justice R S Dhawan and Justice Shashank Kumar Singh, on Monday asked the additional advocate general (AAG), S K Ghosh, to give an instruction to the state government to direct its departments to mention the name of concerned banks from where the retirement benefits are to be paid to its employees on the day of retirement.
