Seven held in Siwan

Patna: Special Task Force and Siwan police, arrested seven people involved in a violent clash that took the lives of three men under Bhagwanpurhat police station area of the district. The arrested people are—Deepak Kumar, Rupesh Kumar, Akbar Ali Ansari, Meraj Hussain, Raju Prasad, Ajay Prasad and Abhimanyu Singh. On July 6, a violent incident occurred at Kauriya village under Bhagwanpur Haat police station area. The conflict arose between two groups over dominance and deaths caused by spurious liquor consumption. The incident resulted in deaths of Kanhaiya Singh, Munna Singh and Rohit Kumar.
