Patna: The Patna district administration will launch ‘Sahyog Shivir’ at the panchayat level from May 19 to ensure time-bound redressal of public grievances. As per the CM’s directive, the camps will be held on the first and third Tuesday of every month, beginning with 40 panchayats.
District magistrate Thiyagarajan S M released a roster and deputed senior officials to oversee the camps, directing that complaints be resolved within 30 days. The initiative is part of the state govt’s ‘Ease of Living’ push under Saat Nischay-3, aimed at delivering services at citizens’ doorsteps.
The camps will offer a single-window platform for issues related to ration cards, pensions, housing schemes, MGNREGA and revenue matters such as land mutation and demarcation. Applications for caste, income and residential certificates can also be submitted, along with complaints on electricity, water, roads, education and health services.
Officials have been asked to collect applications in advance, while spot registration will also be allowed. Cases will be tracked on the ‘Shivir Samadhan’ portal, and lists of pending and resolved matters will be displayed at camp sites.
