As per the daily

bulletin issued by the meteorological centre, Patna, Bhagalpur and Gaya received 3.4mm, 12.1mm and 4mm rainfall on Thursday. The rainy weather also led to a plunge in the mercury column. While the maximum temperature dropped from 24 degrees Celsius on Wednesday to 21.5 degrees C on Thursday, the minimum temperature plunged from 16.2 degrees C on Wednesday to 14.5 degrees C on Thursday.western disturbance
