PATNA: The 'open house' organized by IIT-Patna on Tuesday garnered an overwhelming response from hundreds of students and their parents across various platforms. They all showed their keen interest in pursuing their studies in their desired branches of engineering and made anxious inquiries about the courses and facilities available on the campus.

Prominent among the dignitaries who addressed the admission aspirants (JEE Advanced qualified) included JEE IIT Patna chairman S K Parida, IIT-Patna academic affairs dean A K Thakur, student affairs associate dean P K Tiwari, R&D associate dean Anup Keshri, placement officer Kripa Shankar Singh and other senior faculty members.

Interacting with the students, they gave details of the facilities available in the institute and also its academic atmosphere. Representatives from Students' Gymkhana, including Atul Kumar, Rohit Kumar and Chirag Bhardwaj provided the participants with invaluable insights into the vibrant student life at IIT-Patna. They shared the institute's remarkable achievements across various fields, its world-class infrastructure, and highlighted the outstanding placement opportunities available to its students.
