No success in DAV studet's abduction case

BIHARSHARIF: Even as kidnapping incidents continue to make headlines throughout the country, the Nalanda police have failed to make a breakthrough in the abduction case of DAV schoolboy Ravikant alias Rocky.
Doctors, lawyers, bank officials, even politicians and now school students __ the kidnappers have spared no one here. And that too when the kingpins of various kidnapping gangs have been killed in encounters.
The police claim to have prepared a comprehensive data of anti-social elements but much is desired from the cops.Even as Nalanda SP A K Ambedkar has set up teams under the guidance of DSPs, Vijay Shanker Prasad and Rashid Zaman, the abductors are striking with impunity. The police have arrested four persons in connection with Rocky kidnapping case but recovery is still elusive. Another kidnapped boy Deepak Kumar, son of a businessman of Parwalpur, is traceless. Similarly Congress leader Baldeo Prasad and Bijeshwar Ram''s grandson and Shashi Bhushan of Deepnagar have not been recovered.
Meanwhile, students of DAV, fed up with the police inaction, have now put their hopes on the almighty for recovery of their friend.
