NAWADA: Activists of banned Maoist Communist Centre allegedly beheaded two persons in Bihar''s Nawada district, police said here on Sunday.
They said some 50 armed MCC members attacked Harsidpur village, 22 km from the district headquarters, late Saturday night and beheaded the two.
Tension gripped the village following the incident with people sitting on dharna near the bodies, police said.

District Superintendent of Police B B Prasad along with other senior officials has rushed to the village, they said.
Six months back, two MCC workers were killed in an encounter with the police in the same village and a huge cache of arms and ammunition were recovered.
