Man rapes teen on pretext of helping her clear Matric exam

ARA: A teenage girl in Ara town was allegedly drugged and sexually exploited for several months by a 24-year-old youth on the pretext of helping her to clear the Matriculation examination in which she had failed thrice.
The girl lodged a named FIR with the Ara Mahila police station on Wednesday against her tormentor. SHO Poonam Kumari said, “The accused has fled soon after the FIR was lodged.Police will soon nab him.”
According to sources, “The rape survivor is a resident of a locality under Ara town police station. She thrice took the Matriculation examination but could clear it. She was later trapped by the accused who had assured her in helping to pass the exam. The youth not only raped her frequently but also took some objectionable photos of the hapless girl and made it viral on social media.”
