Lovely Anand files nomination papers from Sheohar seat
The filing of nomination papers for Sheohar parliamentary constituency started amid tight security at Motihari collectorate on Monday. Six assembly constituencies - three in East Champaran, one in Sheohar and two in Sitamarhi districts - form Sheohar parliamentary constituency. Hence, district magistrate of East Champaran Saurabh Jorwal is returning officer of this parliamentary constituency.
