temple in neighbouring Vaishali district.

Known for his religious belief, Tej along with his few close aid reached the temple in the afternoon and performed ‘Rudra Abhisekh’ accordingly to the guidance of priests at the temple.

) on Friday but was stayed by a local court on Saturday said, “God is there to protect. Lord Rama and Lord Krishna are within me. My opponents will not be able to harm me."

Sporting a tilak on his forehead and clad in a white kurta-pajama performed the puja for around half-an-hour. He was accompanied by the temple trust committee secretary Vijay Singh.

Sources said the priests, led by Sushil Chandra Shastri, chanted mantras and the minister performed ‘Rudra Abhisekh’ with honey, milk, curd and holy water brought from Ganga.

The fury within can also be gauged from the fact when Tej said “I will not spare my opponents.” However, he did not take name of anyone.
