Lalu, Tejashwi join Twitter war to defend Tej Pratap

Patna: A day after a photograph of Siwan journalist Rajdeo Ranjan's murder suspect Mohammad Kaif with Lalu Prasad's elder son and Bihar health minister Tej Pratap Yadav went viral in the media and drew flak from the Opposition, the RJD boss Lalu as well as his younger son and deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav on Thursday tweeted and retweeted a series of photographs of Kaif with Rajdeo and comedian Raju Srivastava and also of PM Modi with Asaram Bapu and Nityanand Maharaj in Tej's defence asking "which celeb or politician does a character verification before obliging to someone's photo request?"

standing next to Advani? Modi is seated next to Advani and Amit Shah is standing behind Modi." Next followed a photo of comedian Raju Srivastava with Kaif with the caption "Arre ye kya? Pata karo, kya iss shooter ko Raju Srivastava ka sanrakshan prapt hai? Maaliko jaldi chalao, TRP ghat rahi hai!"

Tejashwi also tweeted a picture of Kaif with slain scribe Ranjan, in which the latter was sporting a smile standing next to his murder suspect at a function, and asked, "Bakherebaajo, iss tasvir pe kya kahoge jis me shaheed patrakaar Rajdeo Ranjan ke saath aaropi shooter hai?" In his next tweet, he asked, "Dear sections of media, do u know any celebrity/player or politician who does a 'character verification' before obliging (to) someone's request for a photo?"

and alleged sex-racket accused Tinu Jain. The photo was captioned "Dear BJP-sponsored poor media houses, if you dare say anything against him (read Modi) he will expose and shut your kirana shops." He asked, "Imagine, if a media person interviewing or seen with me today, kills someone after three months. Does it mean I patronize him because he was seen with me?" While most of Tejashwi's posts were retweeted by Lalu, the RJD CHIEF himself posted "BJP-funded media's sycophants so interested in affairs of non-BJP ruled states. They are openly challenging and questioning court. Strange. Isn't?" which was shared by Tejashwi.
