IAS Officers’ Associationorganizes Patna Mind Fest
Patna: Altogether 131 youths participated in the cryptic crossword and 156 in the preliminary rounds of general quiz competitions in the Patna Mind Fest organized by the IAS Officers’ Association (Bihar branch), in association with Patna-based Extra-C with venue partner being the Bihar Museum.Aadya Singh bagged the first prize while Anamika and Kautillya Kumar finished second and third, respectively, in the cryptic crossword open segment. In the college segment, Sachin Kumar, Ankit Raj and Rajnish Kumar emerged first, second and third, respectively. Chaitanya Prabhakar, Bandita Vidisha and Anshul Kumar Thakur stood first, second and third in the school category of this event.In the general quiz segment, Raktim, Suby and Debiparna of Sarvamangla Sporting Club won the first prize while Vikrant, Maitreya and Ikshit of Vox Machina bagged the second prize. The team of Khushi, Yash and Keshav of Litti Chokers finished third.In the creative writing segment (Hindi), Deepak, Samrat and Anubhav bagged the first three positions while Vandita, Brijlal and Shrishti claimed the first three positions in the school segment.Vivek Kumar Singh, chairman of IAS Officers’ Association, lauded the superlative standards shown by the participants in various segments of Patna Mind Fest.Anjani Kumar Singh, director general of Bihar Museum, said Bihar Museum would soon be hosting an event concerning G-20 engagements.IAS officers Pankaj Dixit, Vivek Ranjan Maitrey, Abhay Jha and Sanjay Kumar were present on the occasion.
