PATNA: Taking a serious note of the continuing delay in framing of charges in former minister and senior Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Brij Bihari Prasad murder case, the Patna High Court (HC) has inquired about the reason behind it from the session trial court.
Prasad was murdered in judicial custody on the premises of the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences in 1998.
