Ojha has charged the Congress leaders under various sections of the IPC.
Ojha has claimed that he had withdrawn a case against Sonia Gandhi and others on July 29 in connection with placing of Sonia Gandhi's photograph as Goddess Durga at Moradabad District Congress office following an assurance that he, Ojha, would be given Congress ticket in the Bihar assembly elections.
Accordingly, he was given a written agreement about the ticket allegedly signed by Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Wasnik and others on September 10 in Delhi, Ojha claimed in his petition. But before returning to Muzaffarpur, he was asked by them to return the agreement paper as it might harm the image of the party if it reached the media. In good faith, he surrendered the paper on September 13 and returned to Muzaffarpur.
