Four police officers drafted for poll duty

PATNA: Election Commission has directed the state police headquarters to send four police officials - Baldev Prasad, Shailesh Kumar Singh and N K Azad (all DIG-rank officer) and H N Deva (SP) - to the commission office so that they could be drafted for poll duty in five states as poll observers.
According to sources, these officers would report to the EC on January 2, 2012, after which they would be sent to poll-bound states.
