The vigilance munshi found him gesticulating at the vigilance SP in the court premises, according to the informatory lodged with the police.
When contacted, the ADG, Vigilance Bureau, Neelmani, said he had spoken to Patna senior SP about the incident and asked him to provide security to Singh.
He said the SP had informed him that he had issued an order for providing a security guard to Singh.
Vigilance bureau sources said the Patna police had provided a security guard to Singh last year too when he had received threat from some unidentified persons on telephone.
However, the security guard was withdrawn before the last assembly polls, sources said. Singh at that time had also demanded an inquiry into the incident but in vain, sources added.
