Eight arrested in shootout incident

<div class="section1"><div class="Normal"><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">MUZAFFARPUR: Altogether eight persons have been arrested in connection with the shootout incident of Bairiya leading to the death of Mukesh Kumar Singh and injury to two others on Friday.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">The trouble started between a house owner Ramnath Sharma, a retired ASI of police and his tenant Braj Kishore Tiwari.Some outsiders allegedly led by the deceased intervened on behalf of the tenant. The house owner was also prepared for the incident and he had collected a few people to repulse the attack, if any.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">As soon as the dispute arose following outsider''s intervention, someone opened fire killing Mukesh on the spot. Two others including the tenant received lathi blows.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">The mohalla people soon gheraoed the house. The police searched the house, arrested eight persons and seized a licensed gun from the spot.</span></div> </div>
