Colleges announce cutoff lists
Patna: J D Women’s College has announced the first cutoff list for Intermediate courses and directed students to take admission by August 1. Admissions to degree level courses in arts and science streams will continue till August 5. Magazine released: J D Women’s College principal Subhas Prasad Sinha released ‘Dipti’, the college’s annual magazine at a function on Thursday. A cultural programme was also organized by teachers and students to mark the completion of two years of Subhas Prasad Sinha as the principal. Inter admission: B D College has shortlisted students for admission to Intermediate courses in science and commerce streams. “While eligible students have been asked to take admission by the first week of August, the college has allowed direct admission in the arts stream,” said principal P K Verma. A N College: A N College has also announced the first cut off list for admission to Intermediate courses in science and arts streams. The second list will be announced on Saturday, said principal Bihari Singh. T P S College: T P S College has started admitting students to Intermediate courses in science and arts streams on the basis of the merit list. The admission process will be completed by the first week of August. “All possible efforts to maintain transparency in the admission procedure have been made by us,” said principal Tapan Sandaliya. College of Commerce: Admission to Intermediate courses on the basis of merit list has been announced by the college admission cell. “The admission process will be completed by the first week of August,” said principal Baban Singh. Similarly Arvind Mahila College, B S College, G J College, Mahila College and J N Lal College have started the admission process to Intermediate courses in science and arts streams and which will be completed by the second week of August.
