Patna: Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) students have brought laurels to their alma mater by winning several prizes in the moot court and quiz competitions organized by different institutions in the country during the past 10 days.
CNLU registrar S P Singh on Thursday said the CNLU team comprising Shreya, Samarth Trigunayat and Vishudha Prakash were declared the winners at the 4th Mahamana Malaviya National Moot Court competition held at Banaras Hindu University recently.
Another team from CNLU comprising Shradha Arora, Piyush Goyal and Nishit Shah were declared the semi-finalists at the first national moot court competition organized by Amity Law University, Gurgaon. The team won the best memorial award in the competition. tnn
The CNLU team comprising HarshitAnand, Shiksha Srivastava and Somit Kumar Singh won the 5th National Moot Court competition organized by
Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. They also won a trophy for the best team. Another team comprising Riddhi Ravichandran, Kritya Sinha and Udisha Singh were declared the semi-finalists at the 5th BCWCLC National Moot Court competition, Bangalore. The competition was organized by Bishop Cott Law college, Bangalore.
Singh added the CNLU team comprising Vatsal Varma, Ankita Mohanty and Neha Singh were declared the second runners-up at the 1st Chandigarh University National Moot Court competition organized recently by the University Institute of Legal Studies, Chandigarh. Another team comprising Raj Vardhan Tiwari and Riya Chouksey were declared the regional final runners-up at Tata Crucible Quiz (Patna).
