CNLU holds round table conference on AI
Patna: Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) on Monday organised a round table conference on ‘Safe and Trusted AI in Higher Education Institutions’ under the aegis of its Centre for AI and Law. Faculty members and students of the university participated in the deliberations.Introducing the theme, the centre’s convener, Sadaf Fahim, emphasised the need for safe and fair use of AI in academic activities and for maintaining transparency in academia and student-led innovation. She said all AI-based data must be utilised by educational institutions with full responsibility.Kumar Gaurav, Mohd Irfan and Mohd Safiullah also shared their views on various aspects of AI and its growing applications in universities and research centres. They discussed issues to be raised at the Global India AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled to be held in New Delhi later this month.
