Four armed criminals robbed cash amounting to Rs 4 lakh from two employees of an iron dealer in Colony Mor under the Kankerbagh police station around 1.30 pm on Monday.

PATNA: Four armed criminals robbed cash amounting to Rs 4 lakh from two employees of an iron dealer in Colony Mor under the Kankerbagh police station around 1.30 pm on Monday.
Sujit and Kedar, who work for iron dealer Sitaram Agrawal, had gone to collect Rs 4 lakh from one Hanuman Agrawal, a resident of Bahadurpur.
The money was part of a business deal between Sitaram and Hanuman.

Sitaram owns a shop at Exhibition Road.
As Sujit and Kedra reached near Colony Mor, the four armed criminals riding two motorcycle intercepted them and forced them to surrender the cash at gun point. The criminals later escaped without any resistence from passersby.
Kankerbagh police have registered a case in this connection.
