Alok Raj made inspector general (weaker section)

PATNA: The state government on Thursday transferred three additional director general (ADG) rank IPS officers.
Kumar Rajesh Chandra (1985 batch) will replace Gupteshwar Pandey as director general of Bihar State Sports Authority.
Pandey has been made ADG, BMP, Patna. Sunil Kumar, chairman cum MD of Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation has been given additional the charge of ADG, special branch.
IG (weaker section), CID, Arvind Pandey has been transferred to Darbhanga as zonal IG, replacing Jitendra Singh Gangwar, who has been shifted to special branch.
IG, Bihar Homeguards, Alok Raj will replace Pandey as IG (weaker section). IG (anti-terrorist squad) Paresh Saxena has been given additional charge of IG, Homeguards, according to a notification issued by the state home department.
