Patna: The Met department’s prediction of pleasant weather on Tuesday could spell good news for those in fray in the third phase of elections following a poor voter turnout in the first two phases, with many blaming the intense heat for it.Over 98 lakh voters are expected to seal the fate of 54 candidates in five Lok Sabha constituencies — Khagaria, Jhanjharpur, Araria, Supaul and Madhepura — in the third phase.
