8 members of vehicle lifters’ gang arrested

PATNA: Police on Monday arrested eight

members

of a gang involved in lifting vehicles from parking areas in the city.

The Ramkrishna Nagar police recovered eight two-wheelers including six motorbikes, two scooty and two four-wheelers from their possession, City superintendent of police (East) Rajendra Kumar said.

Those arrested were identified as Sunny Kumar, Deepak Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Sani, Ankit Kumar, Vishal Kumar, Dhiraj Kumar and a minor.

Police are interrogating them and trying to

arrest

other members of the gang also, the SP said.
