PATNA: The Munger police arrested three persons in connection with the firing inside a cinema hall at Shiggaon in Karnataka's Haveri district during the screening of 'KGF: Chapter 2' on April 19.
Those arrested were identified as
Mohammad Asif
,
Mohammad Samad Alam
and
Shahid Chand
, all from Mirzapur Barada village under Mufassil police station area in Munger district.

said they had supplied arms and ammunition to the main accused, who fired inside the theatre where one person had received gunshot injury.
The main accused,
Manjunath alias Santhosh alias Mallik Patil, was arrested on May 20. The police recovered the weapon and 15 live cartridges from him. His accomplice Ismail was arrested later.
Mufassil police station SHO Rajesh Kumar Sinha told TOI that the three were arrested on Sunday evening. "They were handed over to Haveri police on a transit remand after taking permission from the court," he said on Tuesday. The incident took place at Rajashree theatre in Karnataka when the prime accused had fired thrice while watching the movie. A 27-year-old man, Vasanth Kumar Shivapura of Mugali village, was shot at following an argument with the main accused.
