164 LNMI students get campus placements

Patna: Altogether 164 students of the outgoing batch (2021-23) of Lalit Narayan Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change, Patna, have been successfully placed in noted companies with an average salary package of Rs6.5 lakh per annum. The highest package of Rs 13.5 lakh was offered by Federal Bank, followed by Rs10 lakh and Rs 8 lakh by LeadSquared and Lava International, respectively.
Around 40 companies participated in the placement drive held recently.
Institute’s director S Siddharth congratulated the students and said the institution has always worked towards employment generation and upliftment of the society. He expressed delight over the successful placements and hard work of the placement team. He also emphasised the institute’s commitment to providing world-class education and training to its students and preparing them for the ever-evolving industry demands.
Upendra Kumar, registrar of LNMI, thanked all the recruiters for being a part in the progress of the institute. “The students of LNMI have been working in diverse companies across the country and abroad and bringing laurels to the institution,” said SD Singh, professor and dean (management). Preeti Singh, placement in-charge, LNMI, said, “The institute has recorded a significant percentage increase in placement statistics both in terms of package and diversity.”
