12 trainee IAS officers of Bihar cadre meet CM
Patna: All 12 trainee IAS officers of the 2024-batch of Bihar cadre on Tuesday called on CM Nitish Kumar at ‘Sankalp Sabhagar’ located at his residence at 1 Anne Marg here.
During the meeting, the trainee officers shared their experiences regarding the works done in the allotted districts during their training.
While interacting with the trainee officers, the CM said it was good to hear the officers while they were sharing their experiences. “You are currently in the training period, after which you all will be posted. The govt formulates policies and the role of IAS officers is very important in implementing them,” Nitish said.
He urged all of the 12 trainee officers to contribute to the progress of the state and the country by working with “sensitivity, honesty, discipline and complete dedication.” The CM expressed his wishes for the officers’ bright future.
The trainee officers were Virupaksh Vikram Singh, Priya Rani, Krishna Joshi, Prem Kumar, Syed Adil Mohsin, Ajay Yadav, Suraj Kumar, Vignesh T A, Jatin Kumar, K Parikshit, Mahesh Kumar and Kashish Bakshi.
Among the 12 trainee IAS officers, three are women and nine are men. Among them, four are from Bihar, three from Rajasthan, two from Delhi, one each from Haryana, Tamil Nadu and Jharkhand.
Principal secretary to the CM Deepak Kumar; additional chief secretary of the general administration department B Rajender; secretaries to the CM Anupam Kumar and Kumar Ravi; special officer on duty to the CM Gopal Singh and secretary to the CM Chandrashekhar Singh also were present on the occasion.
