Agra has always been a favourite spot for romantic shoots, and TV show 'Zindagi Ki Mehek' just got added to the list. The crew of the daily soap, along with lead actors
Karan Vohra and Samiksha Jaiswal, shot for a romantic sequence at Mehtab Bagh on Friday.
Saurav Tiwari, one of the producers of the show, said, “The best spot to propose to a girl is the
Taj Mahal, which is why we wanted to shoot this scene, where the actress is wooed by the lead character.
With the rest of the serial being shot in Delhi, it was not difficult for us to come down to Agra to shoot this sequence.”
Karan Vohra, who hails from Delhi, found Agra captivating. He said, “I was born and brought up in Delhi, but I never got a chance to visit Agra. This time too, I couldn’t visit the Taj as it was Friday and it was closed. Since we were shooting at Mehtab Bagh, I got a very close look at it. It is indeed mesmerising.”

Karan was fascinated by the beauty of the Taj and wishes to come back with his family. He said, “I am going to come back with my wife here. It is the most beautiful monument I have ever seen and I want my wife to see it too.”
Recalling her earlier visit to Agra, Samiksha added, “I was about two years old when I visited the Taj Mahal for the first time with my family. We used to live in Indore and came to Agra during vacations. I have a picture of me sitting on the famous bench in front of the Taj.”
But the actress was sad as she couldn’t recreate the moment on this trip. She said, “I will regret not being able to get a picture clicked in front of the Taj on this trip. Hope we come back soon to shoot another sequence and then I will make sure that I get the picture.”
