Woman says raped in mall by guard

Noida: A 20-year-old woman was allegedly raped by a security guard inside a mall in Sector 61.
The rape survivor, a native of Bihar, claimed she had met the accused, Devendra, in Hoshiyarpur village. As she was looking for a job, the accused asked her to visit the mall on Wednesday.
“At the mall, Devendra offered her some drinks after which she lost consciousness and he raped her,” said SHO Zahir Khan, Sector 58 police station.A case under Section 376 of the IPC in this regard.
The woman was sent for a medical examination and reports are awaited. “Devendra Yadav is absconding. We will soon arrest him,” he said. TNN
