Ponzi scam

. The accused have been identified as Pramod Kumar Vimal (45) from Ghaziabad and Pramod Solanki (44), a resident of Hapur. They were arrested in Surajpur.

Police said the accused were key members in the

Ponzi

scam. Solanki had floated a company, Solanki Enterprises, through which he brought many investors to Mittal’s Social Trade. He made a profit of nearly Rs 1 crore. Vimal floated a fictitious company and added 50 IDs to the Ponzi scheme, earning around Rs 1.5 crore as profit.
