Raid on hotel selling liquor illegally, owners face FIR in Noida

Noida: Excise department has filed an FIR against the owners of Honey Hotel and Family Restaurant in Surajpur for selling liquor illegally on Thursday.

Two staffers, Vinod Garg and Kanchan Singh Mehra, were also arrested from the spot.

The restaurant, which was serving liquor without a valid licence, was raided following a tip-off.

This was the second such incident in four months at the same establishment.

The department's previous action had taken place in Dec 2024.
